Why do we keep going back for more s**t even when it goes against what we want for ourselves?
The answer?
LEARNED HELPLESSNESS.
Case in point.
Yesterday I was sat on a train up to London complaining about the noisy youth who were disrespecting young girls and playing their music really loud. I was banging on about this for at least 30 minutes until I realised I had a choice to move. But I only did so 5 minutes before our stop.
I mean, why did I leave it so long?
In today's episode of The Menopause Mindset Podcast I'm going to enlighten you as to what learned helplessness is, where it comes from and how deconstructing it plays a huge part in aiding our menopause transition.
So if you're ready to un-bind yourself this episode is for you.
