I invited each member of the Group to share the current status of their business, and their vision for the status of their business a year from now. As I was listening to them speak about all the things they are doing, and all the things they want to do, it took me back to the time when I used to feel that way.

The time before I had clarity. Good goals are impossible without clarity.

Lack of clarity is why we feel overwhelmed. It's why we feel like we never get enough done, even though we work like crazy and we're always "thinking" about our businesses. It's why we're mentally exhausted. All the time.
