We recently enjoyed a little staycation in Malibu to celebrate our first anniversary and we had a surprising experience that we want to share with everyone. We stayed at the Malibu Surfrider, which was awesome and we could do a whole episode on that too, but that's not actually what surprised us on this trip. (We knew it’d be awesome.) We want to tell you about the few minutes we spent in a high-end headshop. This probably isn’t the story you expect to hear from a headshop, and we didn’t expect to be there ourselves, but we were absolutely blown away by how the person behind the counter built a connection with us in just a few moments.
