I traveled to Stanford University to visit Neuroscientist and Professor of Neurobiology Dr. Andrew Huberman where I was the test subject in his lab. We did some experiments dealing with anxiety and  fear and Dr Huberman gives us some background on his current research. We also get into hypnosis, breathwork and meditation.
