I listened to a guy talk about his Facebook group for business owners and how he removes EVERYTHING from the group that is "noise" distracting from "signal". He explained that it's like a police scanner. You don't want anything on the channel that distracts from what matters most. It doesn't matter if it's "good" or "funny" - if it's distracting from what matters most, it's gotta go.
I see so much in this idea that explains why we feel overwhelmed, inconsistent or constantly pulled in many directions. I can't wait to hear what you shift as a result of this episode.
