* Bob's career in major league baseball playing for the Toronto Blue Jays.
* His childhood and history of allergies, asthma and disrupted sleep.
* Bob's interest in fitness and performance and noticing he struggled to run long distances.
* Working with Pulmonologists and hearing about sleep testing but rejecting the idea of spending the night in a sleep lab.
* Bob's doctor noticing elevated red blood count levels and suggesting a sleep test to rule out sleep apnea.
* The combination of teeth grinding, night sweats and daytime sleepiness prompted Bob to do a home sleep test.
* Starting CPAP and really struggling the first few weeks. Bob on working with Jason Sazama of AXG Diagnostics to help refine his CPAP settings.
* Bob on combining a mouthguard with CPAP and Emma on combining her oral appliance and CPAP together.
