In this episode, I discuss a question asked by one of my coaching students: What should you do if the product that was shipped by your supplier is different from what you were expecting?
When it comes to sourcing from overseas, the most important thing is to communicate with your supplier exactly what you want them to do. Don’t assume that they know how you want your finished product looks like. Best thing to do is to send them photos and videos of how you want your products to look like and when they’re done manufacturing, ask them for a lot of photos and videos as well. This helps you set expectations for when your shipment arrives.
