The aim is to speed up planning decisions, but some landowners are worried the changes could mean a slew of compulsory purchase orders by public bodies - something that's being made easier in the bill.
And we go out with an agricultural drone contractor, who is licensed and approved to fly a drone for spreading, spraying and seeding on farms.
