On this episode, I chat with Clara Baldwin founder and CEO of her for profit Ground Plan Studio Marketing and Peace Over Pieces a non-profit focusing on helping people heal from domestic abuse and trauma.  Clara was let go on New Years Eve of 2019 via email and instead of looking for another job decided to become her own boss in the midst of a pandemic and economic conditions unlike any we have seen. Growing her company and team she decided to not stopping there  and put some of her revenues into a non-profit that support people recovery from trauma and allowing them to share their stories on her podcast, Peace Over Pieces.
