Today, I’m joined by Registered Dietitian, Haley Miskowiec. Through her practice, Nutrition with Haley, she helps expecting mamas have a healthy, feel-good pregnancy. 

 Haley started her practice working with mamas through her signature program, Nourish Baby and Me Foundations. Haley has also built her Instagram following up to 30,000 people. The best part is - Haley is doing this completely part-time while still working a 9-5 job and raising her family. 

So today, Haley and I talk about her journey in building her practice and her Instagram following.
