Dustin Cates is the founder of 3 Kings Roofing, LLC, which was established in 2010. Dustin was in sales and marketing his entire life. As he was inbetween jobs, he interviewed with some roofing companies (never being in the roofing industry), and was skeptical at first. Dustin ended up in Firehouse Subs, and he saw a young man who had a roofing truck outside and it drew his attention. He called his brothers and mentioned about starting a roofing business. Over a decade later, Dustin is seen as an incredible leader and success story in the roofing industry. On this episode we talk about the struggles and triumphs of running a roofing company.
