On July 4th, my precious friend, Dr. Gregg Jantz, died in a tragic accident.

I'm still in a state of shock as I write this email to you.

If there has been anyone in my life who has done more good for the world, I can't imagine who that would be.

Dr. J was a mental health WARRIOR and assisted thousands of people with eating disorders, addictions, and PTSD.

I'd love for you to listen to our final podcast recording.

Let me tell you how it came about.

Steve and I ran into Dr. J and his wife, LaFon, at a church event. We ended up having lunch together, and I mentioned I would love to have him back on my podcast.

At the end of our lunch, he handed me a note and said This is what I'd like to talk about: the impact of toxic people on our health.

I read the note and said, That's exactly what I wanted you to talk about!

I've heard from so many of you about how this episode touched you and helped you remain peaceful in the presence of a difficult person.
