Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Juan Reyes’ work experience started in graphic design pursuing his Global Marketing Major. After moving to the United States at age 20, Juan dabbled in newspapers, magazine publications and marketing for a few years, but found his passion for the home services industry when he started working for a small construction company. He gained experience as a Field Tech, Project Manager, and Sales/Estimator. Still drawn to the versatility of an ever-changing home services industry, Juan founded Pro Roofing & Siding in 2008 with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and quality installation for his customers. As a business starting from the ground, Juan quickly went to work learning the ropes of managing a business and contributing to the local roofing industry. His ability to adapt his methods and create a transparent business model led Pro Roofing & Siding into the top 2% of all roofing contractors in the state of Georgia by GAF (the largest roofing manufacturer in America) in just 4 years. Juan’s personal commitment to success also has landed him many industry awards (see accolades). He continued to polish his leadership skills when he completed the Georgia Mentor-Protégé Connection, a full-year leadership program. Today, you’ll find Juan coaching his amazing Pro Roofing & Siding employees, visiting projects on-site, keeping his team up-to-date on safety training, and organizing community events. Among other community and charitable events, Pro Roofing & Siding works closely with 104.7 The Fish, His Hands Church, the 1st Baptist Church of Smyrna, and other ministries providing labor and material for donated roofs. In his spare time, Juan enjoys beach days and outdoor adventures with his children. He is a proud, active member of his community.
