This episode kicks off this series by talking about what confidence is, my own ups and downs with confidence, and specific strategies you can use to increase your confidence.

Although power posing is great (I recommend it!), we’re going deeper than that - much deeper to discuss:

• Why confidence is attractive
• What we gain by being confident
• More importantly, what our audience gains from our confidence
• How we can develop confidence
• Examples from my own experience and from some of our clients
