He is one of most experienced and sought-after meditation teachers in the world. He studied with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and has taught Transcendental Meditation for over forty-five years to thousands of people. He is host of the Sirius XM show, Success Without Stress and currently has a show on iHeartRadio called Stay Calm with Bob Roth. His book, Strength in Stillness, is available now.
