- 1 Feeling of Comfort
- A Well-Rested Body
- A Dash of Optimism
- A Sprinkle of Peace
DIRECTIONS:
Carefully fold ingredients together in a space free of clutter (may be filled with family and friends). For best results, be present in the moment.
**Additional ingredients may be added to taste.
