Showing up authentically in this life for our kids, our friends, owning our bodies, and being women in charge of shit… fuck, it’s a lot. It takes so much courage and it’s terrifying at times. But instead of being afraid, what if we viewed it as an adventure? 

We spent this episode talking about what it’s like to be a leader, to show up authentically, finding yourself first so you can better serve your kids, Mormonism and sex, and asking for help as women who don’t like to ask for help.

Amber is a lot of things—former nurse, current lawyer, author, mother, ex-Mormon— but mostly, she’s just real.
