These values help guide your company and provide direction for how employees should operate. Company values also help define an organizations company brand. In addition to Company values, a business needs to have roles and responsibilities clearly defined. This helps to develop job descriptions for everyone to ensure all are staying in their lanes. Lastly, by developing the roles/responsibilities, you can determine what your organization structure will look like and who reports to who.
