135 | What is a Doula? Preparing for Pregnancy Part 1

Hey sisters! Today’s episode is one I know so many of you need. Over the past few months, several women inside Fertility Framework have gotten pregnant (praise God!), and one of the first questions I always hear is: “Should I get a midwife or a doula?” Or sometimes it’s, “Can I have both?” or “Do I need one if I already have an OB?”

I remember being in that same boat—clueless about what a midwife even was—until I walked through miscarriage, healing, and finally pregnancy with our rainbow baby. That’s when everything shifted for me. I started learning more about God’s design, what natural birth could look like, and how to surround myself with the support I actually needed.
