I wanted to talk a little about changing, about trying something new, and forcing ourselves in to do the thing... When you can no longer NOT do it, then you will do it. Lean in to trust and abundance and release whatever shame you feel about not doing it, because it will start to eat at you. If you’re wallowing in shame, you’re not going to feel joy—and we need your joy. It is so necessary, and so contagious.
