We have come to the last episode of the year, and what better time to reflect. When I started this podcast, I had dreamed that this could be a space to have many different types of conversations, to learn and grow along side each other, and to discover yoga in everything we do. 

I’ve been thinking a lot about how we might be afraid to do the things we really want to do for fear of looking “dumb” or how others might perceive us. But I want to do the thing that feels magic anyways. To take a pause, and let beauty in—even if I might look silly. I hope we can all find the space to let beauty in.
