These are the conversations that make me feel alive. Rocky Heron has been a guest before, and he will be here in the future. 

Rocky shows up very differently online than he used to—more authentically, more openly. Some people are confused, angry, maybe even threatened by it.

It takes a lot of energy to wear a mask all the time, to hide all the different parts of yourself. You have to stop trying to manage others’ perception of you,  and to show up bravely as yourself. Give yourself permission to change your mind, to be many things… to be human.
