Let’s talk shop, shall we? Should we repeat teaching a flow, and if so, how often? I have personally fallen into the trap of feeling like if I repeat a flow, students will be bored and I won’t provide any use to them. But there is value in repetition, in showing up the same way over and over again, and in paying attention.
