Cha’Lea’s been facilitating workshops for her clients using her leadership development approach, but hadn’t yet codified it into a framework.

You’ll hear the questions I ask Cha’Lea, that you can ask yourself, to extract the process she uses to get results.

We then turn that process into an acronym, so it’s easy for her and her audiences to remember.
