Steven Hoskinson is the Founder, CEO and CCO (Chief Compassion Officer) of Organic Intelligence® (OI) and the nonprofit Organic Intelligence Outreach Institute. OI’s Human Empowerment And Resiliency Training (HEARTraining®) is an international personal and professional development training program using OI’s strengths-based, trauma-safe approach for resiliency. Steve presents at conferences worldwide, is Adjunct Faculty for JFK University’s Somatic Psychology program, a founding member of the Northern California Society for Integrative Mental Health and the International Transformational Resilience Coalition, and he hosts the podcast series, “The End of Trauma.” Bebe Hansen is the Principal of Presence-Based® Coaching, teaches all levels of their ICF approved certification program, and supports students through the certification process. As a senior faculty member, Bebe teaches the ICF approved coach training with other PBC faculty members, designed the Mentor Coaching course, and has trained a team of PBC Mentor Coaches who deliver the course. Kim Barta is an internationally recognized psychotherapist and speaker. He works with the entire spectrum of human development from infants to the elderly and specializes in working with advanced developmental level individuals. Kim conducts workshops internationally on human development and the evolution of consciousness. He focuses on practical, embedded, experiential, embodied exercises that make a real difference in people's lives, bringing the mystical to the ordinary for everyday bliss.
