In this conversation on becoming a trauma-sensitive coach from the Coaches Rising Summit 2022, Bebe Hansen, Steven Hoskinson and Kim Barta share their thoughts on the differences between coaching and therapy, how both disciplines have and continue to evolve, and how to integrate a trauma-sensitive approach into your coaching.
