= B lend 某物 to A

例句:

I borrowed a pen from my friend yesterday. 昨天我和我朋友借筆. (主詞: 我 -- 把東西借進來 (借入))

=My friend lent me a pen yesterday. 昨天我朋友借筆給我. (主詞: 我朋友 -- 把東西借出去)

= My friend lent a pen to me yesterday.
