Do you get enough sleep? Did you know that women are more affected by poor sleep than men? Sleep deprivation is tragically common, one in three people living in the U.S. do not get enough sleep on a regular basis. And, many women with hormone imbalances face extra obstacles when it comes to healthy sleep. Getting enough high-quality sleep helps women balance their hormones, erase period problems, and look and feel their best. Sleep matters. Today, Cody talks about why good sleep matters for your menstrual cycle, and for healthy and happy perimenopause and menopause, and how you can get more of it. She goes into some common hormone-related causes of insomnia and shares key strategies to combat these causes and finally put insomnia to bed for good!
