There are a few sub 20 min 5k runners in the group and Seán talks about how he's nowhere near that level but that it is about you vs you. He then relates this story to his Dad being in the group and running a 5km in 42 minutes.

The Hare & the Bear Challenge. Conor talks about his frustrations seeing being compounded with Aaron's surprisingly fast 5k on Monday. Seán and Eric note how the Bear has been poked and has stepped up to the challenge. With Conor recording a PB of 20:54 on a 5km, he is ahead by 46 seconds heading into week 2. [22:00]
