4. Keep a consistent recording schedule
5. Be consistent with episode releases
6. Be willing to devote time to it
7. Hire help on the backend
8. Be authentic and real
9. Be willing to invest in some resources
10. Do good content (Have a show framework)
11. Don’t read from a script
12. If you’re going to do an interview podcast, get good at interviewing
