I have a quick but immediately useful tip for you today. 

If you are building community, take (or rather, make) 5. 

Yes, there is a time to get shit done. But there is also a time for connection, a time to talk to someone and care about them beyond what they can do for you. When you show up for others and allow them to just be, connection and community grow. And that’s what this is all about, isn’t it? Connection.
