Tom and Josh are joined by Tom's own coach Lewis Jones from Team ProCoach. Lewis has had a very successful 2023 season coaching his own athletes to multiple wins, along with making incredible progress in his own bodybuilding career. 

Lewis has competed at a very high level naturally, winning a UKDFBA British Bodybuilding title in 2022, before taking the assisted route where he is now well on his way to achieving incredible things in the NPC/IFBB federation, placing third in his very first show.
