The waves of the ocean ebb and flow in a continual cycle, does your sequencing do the same? Look at the ratio of movement within your sequences. Are the arms always up, legs always bent, do things generally stay the same? I think you can do more. Yes, there is form, but do not forget about the flow. Find that push and pull, just like the ocean.
