Hey, you. Happy birthday! Maybe it isn’t the actual day you were born but here’s something wonderful: every day you wake up, you are a brand new person. Even if you can’t quite tell what’s different about you, something is new. Isn’t that amazing? Every single day we get to wake up new, and find something new to look for and focus on, because where your attention goes, your energy flows.
