This happened for myself and @danarubymartin when I first interviewed her in {Episode # 130} of the Muve Forward Podcast and we’ve been dreaming up this collab ever since! We’re excited to share with you that each Wednesday there will be a NEW series of the Muve Forward Podcast coming at you, where Dana and I will be recording and sharing a short Podcast episode to re-inspire and motivate you as you hit the mid-week slow down. We want you to feel your best every single day because you deserve to! And we’re here to hold you accountable to that each week!
