In this episode, we talk with coaching industry leader, Marc Mawhinney, as he shares how he built a successful coaching business, and  a thriving Facebook community of over 12,000 coaches in less than 2 years (with no paid ads). Marc is the host of the Natural Born Coaches Podcast, and the creator of The Coaching Jungle and his exclusive print newsletter, the Secret Coach Club. He was our first guest on the Leaders Of Transformation Podcast (See Episode #001) and today he gives us an update on his entrepreneurial rise along with valuable insights for coaches looking to grow their business.

3. Evaluate your fees every 6 months. Charging more for your coaching will make you a better coach.
