Menopause, health and fitness writer and professional athlete Selene Yeager is on again for a third time to talk about how to decipher some of the messages we hear about menopause and hormones from podcasts, books, reels and all the noise that’s accumulating out there so we can figure out what applies to us and what doesn’t.

Selene is leading the way for so many of us women who are older and active. She is host of one of my absolute favorite podcasts – Hit Play, Not Pause, which hopefully all of you are following by now.
