Today we’re talking about energy using the definition “our power to do inner work” (a close translation of the Sanskrit word shakti) and how we might be leaking that energy from our chakras. We'll discuss the ways in which we lose energy - our power - through these centers and lose our ability to do inner work there. This is important to be know because if we leak all of our power to do this work, we lose our ability to heal ourselves. You'll learn what an energy leak looks like in each of these four chakras (Crown, Third Eye, Throat, and Heart) as well as how to stop the leaks. We'll also talk about the difference between "blocks" and "leaks," as well as how you can have both at the same time.
