Authenticity is not shouting our truth or being unfiltered but about aligning with our truth in a way that feels steady, strong and sovereign. It’s the quiet courage to stay in relationship with your authentic self, even in the presence of others. In this meditation I give you tanglible tools to take into the real world that will help you to come back to yourself and your inner truth. We can find authenticity within ourselves when we are alone but it is often challenged when we don't feel safe or accepted in real world situations. I hope that at least one of these tools will help you to come back to yourself when you next need the energy of the Vishuddha to flow freely.
