In this episode I am talking about how you can recognise when your nervous system is dysregulated. We tend to notice the signs that are screaming very loudly at us - panic, anxiety, larger physical issues - but can we head these crises off at the pass by recognising the signs that our nervous system is becoming gently fried a little earlier so that we don't have to reach that point before we take notice of what our body is telling us?

We walk gently through the things that our mind, body and spirit will show us so that we are aware, so that we can take action, take care of ourselves and our nervous system before we are in a state of emergency. Or so that we can simply stay centred, calm and clear within the furore of our lives...

In this meditation, inspired again by my conversation with Peter Russell, we are simply being aware of what is present through sensation. It is such a beautiful way to be fully present, to allow the mind to wander with sensations in the body. The body carries such wisdom, and as you begin to learn to tune into the body you will begin a conversation with your body that it deeply appreciates! Working with the Chakra system allows us to dive deep into the messages from the body, and this is the beginning of a beautiful conversation with the Self.
