Joel sees skillful leadership as the key to this growth, and in today’s interview, he shares his strategies for business leaders. We’ll also hear about the practical side of starting an electrician business, like how he connects with customers, how he finds and hires employees, and what systems and software he uses to keep his business running smoothly.
