I had the pleasure of hosting, Thorsten Jonas, who is a specialist in sustainable UX and innovation. I first met Thorsten at an Adobe event many years ago, and since then, he has undergone significant personal growth, including experiencing burnout and realizing that he wanted to pursue his passion for sustainable design. During our interview, Thorsten candidly discusses how to navigate mental health challenges in one's career and how to embark on a new journey where failure is an inherent part of the process. He founded the Sustainable UX Network, a community where designers can learn and connect with others interested in sustainable design.
