Before we kick off this mornings episode, I am so excited to share with you SELFS 7 DAY Meditation Practice coming up in August.

I have a lot of questions asked around meditation, and for the most part not really knowing or being confident within the space of being solely within your own company, and that’s ok…

Meditation can feel sticky at first, because you are in the initial stages of holding the mirror up to Self. So shift your perspective and get curious to meet your higher self.


Make the choice to commit, clean out your energy field and hang out with your soul, each morning from the 12th-19th of August, with daily morning mediations.

Each mediation will be guided, no longer than 5minutes in length and have a different focus for each day.
