We seem to have become almost obsessed with the idea of endlessly improving our time management skills. While it’s true that many are still in need of finding that which will help them to better manage their time at work, the reality for many is that they’re searching for the proverbial unicorn. Their time management skills are just fine, but they’ve been led to believe that they have to do better and be better – in other words, improve endlessly, all the time. There is no need for that.
