4. Adventure often
5. Invest in yourself (and/or) your business
6. Get organized
7. Surround yourself with likeminded and supportive peeps
8. You can’t out program excuses
9. Just start, again, and again, and again
10. Counting calories is not all that great
11. Adopt a fitness-oriented lifestyle if you want to be a fit person
12. 50% effort yields less than 50% results
13. Your mental response to an injury is more important than the injury itself. Don't adopt an injured mindset.
