This week George is coming at you from the annual Voices of Dentistry Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona! He had the honor of bringing on a special guest, Dr. Paul “Nacho” Goodman, a dentist/consultant/nacho enthusiast who has made a huge positive impact not only in our industry, but specifically with Shared Practices. In addition to running his popular Facebook group, Dental Nachos, he was also the co-director of the Shared Practices Ownership Accelerator. In this episode, he talks about the art of a smooth practice transition, and just when and how changes can be brought about so to preserve goodwill with both patients and the team. Dr. Goodman is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He has been a dentist for 15 years and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving his D.M.D. degree in 2002. He currently serves as a buyer’s coach, dental broker, and even teaches implants at the Temple University AEGD and Albert Einstein GPR programs.
