  1. When did you discover reverse dieting? Through courses or work?

  2. How long do you recommend people stay in a reverse diet for? Is there a minimum amount of time. Is there a Maximum amount of time to spend in a reverse diet. 

  3. Is it just me? Why is it just so difficult to convince my body that I am doing a good thing, exercising, eating. It seems it rebels with pounding headaches, new aches and pains and lack of motivation. How do you move past it?

  4. If you had to pick just one thing that would impact your journey the most, what would it be?
     
     Have a mindset question, and tell story about migraines how they used to fk me for at least 1/2 of the day. And now I sometimes keep working without stopping at all.. Nothing changed about the migraines, just the way that I look at them.
     
     Same with your journey. You can look at all the things you consider painful and lean into that. Or you can basically ignore them
