"I'll never charge for a podcast. But also, there is an opportunity cost for time, I've realized now, why would I ever do one shop tour when I could do 10? At the same time? It's just efficiency. Why would I ever speak to 10 people when I can speak to 1000? Now listen, I do a lot of things. And I try to help a lot of people. But there's only so many hours in a day. And if you're not increasing your efficiency, you're never gonna grow. "
