For the final episode of the year, host Tom Butler does a brief rundown of his goals for 2024. He is setting goals in three areas: Health Goals, Cycling Goals and Podcast Goals.  2023 was a great year as Tom did some rides that he never thought he would do.  Listen in as he explains how 2024 can be even better.
