What's the yin to my yang? 

I do and hold a lot of things. I've got a lot of ideas and projects and business things going, where I'm showing up for a lot of people. And I'm a mom to three kids. I've got a lover. I've got this pod. 

There's a lot of yang--assertive, leading kind of energy--that I hold, that I carry.

So what balances all of that? What allows me to restore, to receive, so I can keep showing up? 

I share some habits, practices, and frameworks that are supportive to me and invite you to consider how and where you invite or allow yin energy to flow in your own life.
