To celebrate Women's History Month I sat down to talk with my mum - Adenike Ogunlesi, CEO of a multimillion dollar retail and manufacturing business, founder of multiple social impact initiatives, a non executive board director at Lafarge,  founding president of a nationwide entrepreneurship network of 30,000 women and a mother of 3 successful children. We talked about what it takes to build a successful business that has lasted over 20 years, her journey to becoming a force for good and how to manage family, love and business whilst living a fulfilled life.
