"This is bigger than me, but it needs me."

I share how these words came to me, and how they've guided me the last couple of years as a teacher, and in the creation of leading of Flow School.

I think this idea applies in our leadership, as teachers, and other spaces in our lives too. We need to show up and do our part--and be able to hold ourselves in order to hold a container--but what is co-created in the process is always bigger than us.

This idea is an invitation to pay attention to ourselves and the way that we're showing up, how we're holding, how we're able to hold center for others, while also putting ourselves into spaces and experiences where we are held.

So, today I ask: what is bigger than you, but needs you?
